The Wounded Heart Ministry is a biblical counseling ministry that uniquely combines the power of prayer, biblical teaching, and clinical cognitive and behavioral therapy.     Dr. Anne Caffey is a board-certified Christian counselor and ordained minister. She is a member, in good standing, with the Georgia Christian Counselors Association, American Association of Christian Counselors, Full Gospel Fellowship of Churches and Ministers International, Harvest Christian Fellowship, and the Society of Christian Psychology.     Since traditional clinical therapy is limited without the Lord, it can only take you so far. Those that struggle with the wounds of their past may learn to recognize, understand, and learn to cope with them. Rarely do they get free from the pain and hurt they still carry. With the power of prayer, you can experience the freedom of healing from past wounds. God is not bound by time, we are. He is more than able to extend his healing hand into your past.     As children we build our perceptions from the circumstances in life. We believe lies about ourselves and others that do not line up with the truth. The impact of these perceptions and fears can devastate our lives and affect all of our relationships. With recognition of these distorted perceptions we can learn to walk free of them.     This ministry has seen the hand of God move in many lives with diverse issues. Some suffered from child abuse in their childhood, grief from losses in life, loss of identity, anxiety disorders, the loneliness of a single life, gender confusion, sexual addiction, fear of intimacy, while others were struggling in marriages, and more. Others have experienced the touch of God in their lives and walked free. You can be free too, by the healing hand of the Lord.
